1. Read each chapter before attending each class. Mark each work or phrase that you do not understand.
2. Listen to lecture or do assignments for each chapter.
3. Finally, re-read the chapter and underline the key words phrases and ideas of each section. Look up words or refresh your anatomy and physiology concepts that you do not understand.
